Fallin Feathers Duck Club is located in Pocahontas Arkansas which is in the northeast portion of Arkansas, where some of the very best waterfowl flyways are located. Fallin Feathers is about 126 miles north of Stuttgart Arkansas, which is considered the duck hunting capital of the world. Fallin Feathers offers guided hunts in corn, soybean, and rice fields, along with flooded timber along the Black River.
This package consists of a two night stay at the Lodge, 1 1/2 days of guided hunts with retrieval dog, transportation to and from the hunting areas. Meals will be served after each hunt.
What to expect: Hunters arrive the evening before their first hunt. After attending a safety briefing, hunters settle in by the outdoor fire pit or in the living room for some social time. The next morning, hunters get up, have some coffee or juice with a light snack and head out to the hunting grounds. Guides will transport you to and from the fields. After the first hunt you return to the Lodge for brunch, bird cleaning and some down time waiting to go back out in the afternoon. The Guides will take you back out in the afternoon and hunt until dusk or limiting out. Hunters return to the Lodge for dinner and down time at the Lodge. The following morning, it's a repeat of the first hunt, hunters go out and return for brunch. There is an afternoon departure from the Lodge.
For those wanting to book more time in the field, add on hunts and late departures are available.
Youth Hunters must have Hunter Safety Certificates and be accompanied by an adult. Youth Hunters 15 and under do not need an Arkansas Hunting License or a Federal Duck Stamp.
